Thermal wellheads, built for steam.
Steam does to a wellhead what nothing else on a lease does. Our thermal line was designed for the first steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) projects in the oilsands and has stayed in that service since. Hangers, adapters, heads and gate valves are tested to API 6A Annex F, with operating temperature to 650°F (345°C). The design takes multiple tubing strings, instrumentation lines and artificial lift, so the wellhead fits the completion rather than the other way round.

Greasing runs and valve service.
A gate valve that is greased on schedule opens in January. One that isn’t, might not.
Our branch crews grease and service all OEM gate valves, even those that aren’t ours, and run wellhead and facility integrity maintenance programs on a schedule you set. Book the fall run now and the truck is on the lease before freeze-up.
