Product and installation services for East Texas and North Louisiana

Kilgore is a dual-purpose facility that houses over $10M in new product inventory to support our US branches. This full-service facility and distribution center supply product and installation services to local customers in East Texas and North Louisiana.

The 26,000ft² building and 11-acre yard for customer property was purchased in 2005 and was Stream-Flo’s first facility in the USA.

Facility

  • ISO 9000 licensed, and API Spec 6A licensed, PSL1 to PSL3G
  • Wellhead assembly, testing and painting
  • Environmental closed loop hydrostatic and gas testing and charting capability to 30,000 psi
  • Wellhead and gate valve repair
  • Comprehensive customer property inventory management, tracking and reporting system
  • Detailed well name/location tracking system

Inventory

  • Central stocking point for all conventional wellheads, specialty time saving systems and flow control components
  • Comprehensive line of rental tools to support drilling and completions needs; test plugs, wear sleeves, running tools, etc.

Field Service Capabilities

  • 24-hour, 7 day a week local sales and service expertise
  • Customized field life maintenance programs for producing fields and gas storage facilities
  • Surveys, in field repairs and preventive maintenance services
  • Detailed reports with repair recommendations
  • Comprehensive wellhead installation services for both new wells and brown field equipment (ours and others)
  • Back Pressure Valve (BPV) and Valve Removal Plug (VR Plug) removal and installation services
  • Trouble shooting, testing and inspection services – all manufactures
  • 15,000 psi hydraulic Back Pressure Valve lubricator (BPV)
