Customer-specific wellhead system stack-up delivers extra value

Full show of Stream-Flo USA expertise receives glowing feedback

It’s one thing to read a manual. A whole other thing to see how something works in person, with the opportunity to ask questions and gain granular detail germane to your specific operations.

For one of our valued customers, that opportunity was realized recently thanks to a combined effort between our Beeville branch and south Texas sales team.

Performing a DMLX wellhead system stack-up out of the branch to an audience of drilling, completions, production management, and engineering members from the customer, the feedback following the product and operation-specific performance was nothing short of ideal.

“I wanted to thank you for hosting us at your Beeville facility for the stack-up,” the customer wrote in an email to one of our team members after the event. “It was very well organized and met all our objectives. The stated objectives our customer had for the stack-up that our south Texas team delivered on included an overview of current equipment, programs, field processes, and procedures, and an in-depth tutorial on drilling procedures for their completions and production departments.

Many questions focused on drilling through to production were also asked throughout the course of the demonstration.

There to answer them was an assorted group of Stream-Flo experts, which included Stream-Flo Western Hemisphere Director of Sales Russ Gardiner, Stream-Flo USA Vice President and General Manager Sean Wilcock, Stream-Flo USA Sales Manager Jesse Clifford, Stream-Flo USA Operations Manager Quanah Gilmore, Stream-Flo USA National Account Manager Blake Hubenak, Beeville Branch Manager Joey Cadena, Stream-Flo USA Field Sales Representative Garet Darst, and Stream-Flo USA Service Manager David Williams.

The insights and knowledge they shared, and connections they made, helped to draw further praise from the customer who took time to send a thank-you note.
